Terms of service
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms apply when you register with us and when you engage a helper we place. They mirror the terms you sign in our office. Please read them before booking.
What we do
SuperMaids Services places domestic staff — house maids, cooks, japa maids, baby sitters, nannies, caretakers, drivers and watchmen — with households in Hyderabad. The working arrangement is between you and the helper. We are not their employer and we do not supervise their work in your home.
Registration and fees
Registration is charged separately and is not counted towards the service fee. The service fee becomes payable once a placement is finalised. We tell you both amounts before you commit to anything.
Salary
The salary of the helper you select is fixed by you as the employer. We publish typical ranges for Hyderabad as a guide, and we do not interfere in setting or paying that salary.
You must pay for the days a helper has worked. Once someone has worked for you, that salary is due for the number of days worked. Non-payment brings the arrangement to an end, and both we and the helper are entitled to recover what is owed.
Replacements
After you select your first candidate, we will provide up to three replacement or alternative staff within twelve months. If an arrangement is not working, tell us and we will find someone else within that entitlement.
Verification
We check the background of the candidates we put forward. Police verification, together with our own agency verification file, is provided once final payment has been received.
Our checks are a reasonable precaution, not a guarantee of conduct. You should still take care when selecting someone, and while they are working in your home.
If you engage a helper directly without clearing payment, without receiving the verification file, or without telling us, we cannot accept responsibility for anything that happens afterwards.
Travel costs
Travel and transit costs are paid by you, not by the helper or by us.
Belongings and loss
Where someone is engaged for live-in work — maid, aayah, attendant or driver — you may check their bags and belongings when they leave the job. We are not able to take responsibility for complaints of theft or loss raised after a person has already left.
If you make a police complaint about theft or robbery by someone we placed, we will assist and co-operate with you.
Ending the arrangement
If you choose to end our service of your own accord, fees already paid are not refundable. We ask for a week's notice where possible, so the helper is not left without work at no notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
