What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we record:

• Your name, as you give it
• Your phone number, from the WhatsApp message or call
• The locality you need help in
• The service you asked about, and the helper you enquired about

We do not ask for your address, identity documents, or payment details through this website, and you should not send them to us over WhatsApp.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to propose helpers who match what you need, and to arrange an introduction. We also count enquiries in aggregate so we know which services and areas to recruit for. That counting does not identify you.

Who we share it with

When we propose a helper to you, we tell them your first name, your locality and the work involved, so they can decide whether to take it on. Nothing else is passed on.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising. We use third-party services to run this website and store enquiries; they process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Our staff

We do not publish photographs, names or personal details of the people who work for us. When we propose someone to you, we share their first name and relevant experience directly with you, and nothing more is made public.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor analytics later, this page will say so before we switch it on.
