Before we send anyone
You're letting a stranger into your home. We take that seriously.
- Checked before we send
- We verify the background of every candidate before putting them forward — identity, and references from households they have worked with. Drivers additionally have their licence checked.
- Verification file handed over
- Police verification, along with our own agency verification file, is given to you once the placement is complete — so you hold the paperwork, not just our word for it.
- Three replacements, one year
- If an arrangement isn't working, tell us. After your first placement you're entitled to up to three replacements within twelve months.

You don't have to book by the month. We also send someone for an hour or two whenever you need it — a single day, a deep clean, guests coming, or cover while your regular help is away. Tell us what you need and we'll quote for it.
